Hi there,

my question should be pretty simple to solve for pro's like you =)

my mail account is blabla@enterprise.com

now i created an alias
testsend@enterprise.com

so far so good.

now i want to create a server based rule that everytime somebody sends an email to my alias
blabala@enterprise.com
the email should be forwarded to the account of my boss
boss@enterprise.com

also when my outlook is not running (not client)

so when a mail comes to my alias blabla@enterprise.com and i'm not logged on and outlook is not running
the mail should still be forwarded to my boss.

any suggestions

your help is really appreciated

thx so far

greets

Stefan

There should be a setting in your mail server program to "Redirect to " the other email account. In the program I use, this is an individual setting for each email account under its Properties. Newposter
