We all know the feature of OE and Outlook 2002 where you type in "smi" and Bob Smith's address pops in because you've typed it recently.

Does Outlook 2000 support this neat feature, and, if so, how does one turn it on?!

This is not the same as the "check names" feature, which is a silly tool in my opinion.

Thanks in advance!

O2K doesn't have that feature when connected to an Exchange server. I believe the Internet only switch turns that on, however.

The check names is a very useful tool as it ensures that users have a correct address prior to sending to another employee.
