Hi Can anyone help?

I have setup a computer on a network and logged in with their username and password. After installing ms outlook 2000 i hoped to setup a mailbox after adding the user to ms exchange. When I go into control panel and click on mail I hope to see the mail window but instead an Internet Accounts windows opens. I also noticed that services is unavailable in outlook 2000. How do I get the other window to appear?

Thanks for any help,

Tom

I don't have 2000 here, so I'm kind of winging it with these directions - correct as appropriate.

Open Outlook, Tools, Options, here's were I'm vague Email Options button??....

Ultimately, you're looking for a button for 'Reconfigure Mail support' (or very similar). When you find this, change to corporate/workgroup mode instead of Internet only (what it is now).

Hopefully you can find it, even with my vagueness.

Found it in an unrelated thread:

Tools, Options, Mail Services tab, Reconfigure Mail Support button.
