Hello:

When I launch MS Word 2000, the default font size is 12 and that's what shows up when MS Word 2000 launches when I click on NEW to create a message

The header info, including To, CC or BCC addresses and Subject is entered in the correct font size

When I go to the body, the font size 12 becomes perhaps 0.001 (so small that a type word looks like a thick line

Anyone has a clue why that happens?

Thanks for your input
Mickey

Try right-clicking on the body of the message, the select Font, and specify size 12. Hopefully that should work.

Hi AP81

Tried it and this is what happened

Font had to be made 48 size to look like 12. Then I sent a test message to myself and font appeared 48

What was in size 12 printed in size 12 but when writing out the font size 12 seemed like it was in size 0.0012 (micro micro)

Any ideas? Please help

Try replacing your email.dot file with a copy from a different machine (if one is available to you) or get a copy from the CD.

Obviously something is wrong with your current template file. Or you can try opening the template file in Word and see if you can edit the file but since we don't know what is causing that font issue it may be easier just to replace the file.

Hello JOEGZ

I did replace the email.dot from one other station.... but the problem continues

Guess I might have to re-install MS Office!

Thanks anyways
Mickey
