I have a user here who is using outlook and has a problem sending £ symbols as they are recieved as # symbols by her recieptiant.
I tried to go in to her tools>options>Mail Format to try and change her settings but all the options are greyed out. the current setting is Plain Text and cannot be changed.
She has local admin rights on her machine and outlook is fully installed.
Using XP professional and Office 2000 Pro
Have uninstalled and reinstalled office completely but the problem remains the same.
All he language and regional settings are set to British so that isnt a problem.
Basically I am stumped and would appreicate any ideas.
