I have hundreds of users using Outlook 2000 on the front-end of a Netscape mail server, and everyone is happy except one person. The normal way to deliver mail to Outlook here is to either:
1. Wait for it to deliver naturally
2. Press F5 to deliver mail
3. Click on the Send/Receive button on the toolbar

None of these work for this person. She has to go into the Tools menu, click on Send/Receive and then the name of the mailbox in order to receive any mails.
I have never know this before and can't find any help on this.
Does anyone know what causes this and how to solve it?

Open up the Properties of her mail account (Tools/Accounts), and at the bottom of the General tab is a check ox to include this account blah blah blah. Make sure that's checked.
