My user has Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000. The other day I had to create a new profile (using corporate mode) to replace his old one which was not working properly. Now he is telling me that his journal entries are all screwed up. I'm not sure if they are usually stored in a pst file or not, if they are, I did not move an old pst so that might be the problem. If that is not the case, I am lost. I never use journal so I know little about it and I have scanned the web for help with little luck. My user was able to find most of his journal entries. They had been moved to a folder call "Synchronization Failure." He has since been able to move most of the entries from this folder back to his journal, however he now says that he has a gap in his entries. The first entries are shown at the beginning of May and then there is a gap until June 21. None of this makes any sense to me since his profile was only messed around with yesterday in July. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
