Hi everyone
Can anyone please advise on how I can write a new message with a default message in the subject line appearing each time.
basically when I write a new message I want to have something already written in the subject field rather than me typing it out each time.

Thanks in advance.

Only thing I can think of is keep it in your clipboard .. type the first one out. copy, and paste into the other ones.

highlight ctrl + c = copy

ctrl + v = paste

or rightclick command probably works as well.

I don't know that you can have a generic subject, i don't think they expect you're sending the same email subject that often...

Start a new mail message.

Under TOOLS - FORMS - DESIGN THIS FORM

In the subject field add what you want the 'canned' subject to be.
Under TOOLS - FORMS - PUBLISH FORM AS: title this how you want it to appear in Outlook

Under TOOLS - OPTIONS - ADVANCED OPTIONS - CUSTOM FORMS - MANAGE FORMS
Set the left side to your Inbox - the right side should default to 'Personal Forms'
Highlight you new form and hit COPY

Your new form can now be found in your Inbox under the ACTIONS menu
