Outlook 2000 Error While trying to send a Link in Internet Explorer

Has anyone ran into this issue before? I have a user, that when her outlook is open and she selects the send a link option in Internet Explorer 6 I get this message;

An error occured while attempting to open the Windows Address Book. The address book file could not be opened.

Now for some reason it works sometimes.....If her Outlook is closed this error message will not appear. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Windows address book? Normally this isn't used by Outlook, only OE. Check Internet Explorer's Tools, Internet Options, Program tab, Contact List. It should be MS Outlook, not Address Book. This may not be the problem, but it's worth a shot
