Using Windows 2000 and office 2000. When mail support is changed from Internet Only to Corporate or Workgroup (after rebooting), getting error message "Error 1706. No Valid source could be found for product Microsoft Office 2000 premium. The Windows Installer cannot continue." Has anyone else encounterd this error? What fix did you use?

this support article pertains to installing office 2k.
My question pertains to changing mail support from IMO to CW and the Microsoft support article on this topic is not helpful.
Users are incorrectly selecting IMO. We use CW mail via Exchange Server. When mail delivery is changed from IMO to CW, the computer is rebooted, then you select Outlook, then the windows installer starts and then the MS office 2000 cd is required to continue. Sometimes the Office 2000 cd will work and sometime not. Bottom line the Office 2000 cd is not available to everyone--we have 400 users.
