Hello,

We have an Exchange 5.5 server and Outlook 2000 professional on the clients. Our e-mail system has a default Global List. On one computer, where the user created a contact for herself with her personal e-mail address and the display name is the same as the one on the Global List, every time she typed in her display name in the "To:" textbox, the auto checkname feature linked her display name to the personal e-mail instead of the company e-mail like it usually has done. Please help! Any info or suggestion is appreciated.

We found the answer. Tools>>Services>>Addressing. Then move the lists' orders up or down appropriately. For us, we moved the Global Address list up to the top. Thanks anyway if you're about to help.
