Hello Everyone
I am having a problem with MS Outlook 2000. I am using Win XP Pro.
Outlook opens and seems ok, can receive & send email, can add/delete tasks and calendar items. After a few minutes I get a Microsoft message that read, "Microsoft Outlook has encountereda problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" It asks that I tell Microsoft of the problem and either send a report or not. Either way Outlook shuts down.
I have tried many things to correct the problem non of which has worked. I have:
1. Run a repair
2. Removed & Re-installed Office (x2)
3. Run fixmapi.exe
4. Run scanpst.exe (no errors to report)
5. I have deleted the HKCU\software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\OPtions key in the registry.
None of the above has worked.
Are there any other suggestions?
Thank you in advance for you assistance.
Nick
