I have a user with two different email address's xyz@original.com and tp@otherone.net. They both are received on our server. THe user needs to check email on both accounts and be able to respond on both with the return email address corresponding to the one she sent it from. ( I cant have email sent to xyz@original.com returned by tp@otherone.net)

I created a second profile on her computer for tp@otherone.net and pointed to the correct email address. I also told OUTLOOK to prompt for the different profiles. It does prompt --no problem. So here is what happens; When she logs in to the network as xyz on our domain and then opens Outlook it prompts for profile, she selects "otherone". Outlook then responds with "Unable to open your default email folders. You do not have permission to log on."

I have tried to use Exchange administrator and give permissions to the original.com mail to allow 'otherone' .

Is the above possible or does she have to login as otherone on our domain and then select profile.

Do you have the properties for each profile set to none under the Advanced tab at the bottom. It says Logon Network Security.

Yes I ve tried this and it then requires me to enter a username , domain name and them password = then it goes and says the same thing that i do not have permission.
Thanks
