In the to field in outlook 2000 (running on exhange 2000) how can i make it so when i start typing in someones name it try's to predict who i'm sending to? i've seen it before on outlook xp and people have told me i can do the same on outlook 2000. I know you can do check name (ctrl + k) but i was just wondering if the auto predict of names is possible?

What you want it to do isn't possible. The option to automatically check names is as good as it gets in O2K attached to E2K, sorry. If you run IMO mode, then you will have the option to do exactly what you're trying to do, but it's not available when attached to an Exchange server.
