I need to add the boss's Exchange mailbox to the secretary's Outlook. I already have the mailbox from two other people in there and they work fine. But when I try to add his, Outlook says "Unable to display the folder". I tried deleting it and adding it several times but that did not work. I made sure the permissions on the boss's inbox were set to allow her permission (as Reviewer) for read access but I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone help?
