Outllok is attaching Temp file

When you reply to some messages an attachment will appear automatically. Turns out that it is attaching the profile temp file.
This behavior will stop if you go into Options and change any setting. It will then start again randomly with another message.

Tried a complete uninstall\reinstall of office and it still happens.

Ideas are welcome...

I have the same issue but with Outlook 2000. Have you found any resolution?
