Outgoing Route, changing members everytime I enter ACOD

Hello, I have an outgoing route 16 which is taken with the ACOD 8, it has 3 members (normal phone lines), the problem that I have is that the second and third member of the route will be taken only if the first member is already taken (BUSY), which means a big bill in the first member and almost nothing in the other ones. How can I configure the route to take a different member of the route everytime I dial the ACOD?

For example, the first time I dial 8 I want to take the first member, the next time I dial 8 I want to take the second member even if the first member is IDLE and so on?
