Hi!

I'm setting up an avaya IP office 500 and I got one problem.
When we are calling out. The caller ID on the phone we are calling is showing our nummber but with one more zero at the start. So people can't call right back. They have to edit the number and remove the first zero.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you!

Amriddle01 I will try that. But I'm not so familiar with the monitoring tool. Any tip on settings or what I should look for?

To clarify, connect with monitor on default settings, make a call that shows the extra 0 and then post the trace here, don't leave it running for long before/after or the trace will be massive :)

You are not sending the extra 0 :)

Probably added by Telenor, or the mobile service provider on the far end.

Does this happen on all calls or just to mobile?

Kind regards

Gunnar
