outgoing calls display a name

From an IP-Office trying to get a name displayed on outgoing calls when calling across an ISDN PRI. Can a name be added to a shortcode?

IPGuru is right.

If you outpulse your own CID, the name should still be linked to the BTN on the account with your LEC/CLEC. We outpulse our own for some internal organizations and filled out a special CNAM form with our CLEC so that for each DID being outpulsed, the caller id on the other end had the specific organization/persons name instead of the generic company name. Most applications this is not needed, but a handy feature if your lec is willing to do this for you.

Heres one, Using an ISDN PRI Tie Trunk Group back to CM1.? Can IPO send a name, the Definity sends name and extension, but I can only get the IPO to send the number.
