Anyone else having this issue of OUTCALLING just stops working, all you have to do is DISABLE and then ENABLE it in the mailbox and it starts again

Probably because the person that receives the notification is accidently pressing the 2 when voicemail calls them.

Have you tried looking at the audit trail on the MMail? Any issues in the MMail should show up in the SEER log..

BTW, do you get a bonus or bitten when touching those dinosaurs?

No errors, the Outcalling trail show the last day of 1/8/10 and the guy reported it today. I got in and just disabled and enabled it, left message then checked the trail and there it was. Does not pick on the same box, I get a report maybe once a month from someone on the switch

Just did a Detail report on the Audit Trail and it showed 3 busies and then outcalling stopped until I got in to it today, I don't see anywhere in the book about no more outcalling until you disable and enable

occurs if the user does not log in and retrieve
Valid values The valid range is from 0 to 255.

I would have thought if it got disabled by the Parameter it would show up as disabled in the profile, owe well as long as I know whats doing it now. Thanks everyone
