Outbox Delay

GB
OL2K clients sending email using EXCH2K seem to have a slight delay and stay in the outbox for a couple of seconds before going. They previously went immediately.

It's not a major issue but I was wondering what might cause this delay and if it is an indication of something wrong somewhere?
