Hi,

I need to create a call back vector. Is it possible?

Outside caller calls into Avaya G3, message is played telling the caller that a call will be placed back to the caller's ANI within 15 seconds, then PBX releases the call, waits 15 seconds and then dials that ANI back.

Can it be done?

You have to have external program that suprevises such a thing and makes calls. So you need CTI and a program.
