Outbound Mail issues!!!

Hi, Thanks in advance for your help. Our Exchange 2000 server will send and receive mail flawlessly when using Outlook Web Access. But when I use Outlook, I only can receive. I receive an error message:

"No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

Does anyone have any ideas?

What services have you got installed for Outlook (right click on the icon and go to properties,you need the Exchange server and this needs to be configured for your users mailbox and your server name)
