WHEN CALLING OUT TO # WITH PRIVACY MANAGER(BLOCKS UNIDENTIFIED #'S)CLID INFO IS NOT SENT. WHEN ACCESS CODE ENTERED AND SAME # DIALED THE CLID INFO IS SENT AND CALL COMPLETED. WHY IS "9" STOPPING THE CLID INFO?

clid is sent with the 9 because the switch has clib applied, if you bypass bars clid is not part of the picture.

only after you dial a 9 does the switch look at the clid entry.. if you bypass bars (ld 90) and dial acod nothing marries the call to the clid table.. that's the same reason clid does not work internal... had a customer that wanted the data dept to display 4000 (acd) internal on all outgoing calls.. clid will not work without the ac1 "9"

restating your question may help a little with solving the problem.

sorry, when i dial a # that has unidentified # block enabled the call wont complete as if im not sendindg clid info over pri. when i access trunk directly and dial same number call goes thru. How can i allow for calls of this type to be made without making acod common knowledge. I want to send clid info alwaws.....10 digits

Still not sure. Is it a specific area code you can't dial? If so add the npa in ld 90. If the call goes out when you enter the ROUTE ACCESS CODE but doesn't go out when you dial the ac1 code than it is probably bars related.

What CLID table is assigned and how is it defined in your CDB? What is the printout of the phone? Is this happening on all sets? Does it happen for local or LD calls?

happening on all sets and the calls are local.LEC says my pbx is only sending 7 digits and is reason for blocking.

Try this, change the CLID so that all of your information, 2095781211, is on the HLCL line and remove (X209) HNTN. This should resolve your trouble. HNTN is only applied to calls that use NPA's. NXX's will only send the HLCL by default.

still receive recording that this # does not accept unidentified calls when I dial "9" and the #......like I said when the acod is entered and call placed to same # it goes thru.

You might try and enable messaging in and out on the Dchannel. Go to LD 96 and enter ENL MSG(I for Inbound O for Outbound) DCH number. It will show what the system is sending to your provider. Then place a call. It should give you the reason the call is rejected. To turn off use DIS MSGI Dchannel and DIS MSGO Dchannel. Is this happening on 2500 sets or Digital sets?

Make sure cls on phone is cnia. Your problem makes no sense because when you use the route access code it shouldn't outpulse a clid unless CO is sending it for you.

Maybe you are using a acod for a different route than your actually going out over when you dial 9 and the local number. So your acod takes you out over a route that the co supplies a clid for and call works. the "9" and the local number goes out over a different route than the acod number you are using and the co may not supply a clid for this route. Gotta be it.

just upgraded to suc 3.0 and installed 4 pri. all traffic should be routed thru t1,s. how can i make sure?

i monitored dch out and got this DCH 28 UIPE_OMSG CC_SETUP_REQ REF 0000373E CH 31 15 TOD 14:58:30 CK 3ABBA388

LEC was right, im only sending 7 for local. ????

Should work if the x5781 has CLID entry 0 assigned and it is still HLCL 2095781211

Looks like ext that dialed 18007226876 is correct. If it was the same ext - check that your 7 digit dialing is set correctly as nxx (523 should be in nxx table) check RLI make sure there is no DMI table assigned

If nothing else, add a DMI table for local 7digit dial and insert areacode and change call type to npa
