I want all outbound calls to deliver our main number rather than the number of the analog trunk.

I've added s9876543210 to the end of the Telephone Number field for each of the dial shortcodes and Monitor shows that this is the Outbound CLID. However, the phone number of the trunk line still shows up on the called phone.

Any ideas?

Assuming you are calling out on a digital trunk then I would say thet your Telco has not configured the line correctly
BT have done this to me on a few occasions & it has taken quite some convincing to get them to check & correct their config!

BT: - cli needs to be sent by the customers equipment
ME: - Yes - It is but you are ignoring it!

Repeat above.

hehehehe... I have been through (and through and through) the above scenario.

gbwall, you stated it is an analog trunk - the IPOffice does not control outbound CLI on analog trunks, you'll have to talk to the carrier for that (BT or BC or ATT or whoever supplies the analog trunks). It's pretty easy to get them to send the pilot number for all trunks in an equiv group.

Thanks!!!

I figured the problem was getting this to happen with analog trunks but I thought I'd ask the experts before I gave up.

I'll give the LC a call and work it out with them.
