I have read several threads on here about how to send out your caller ID but the short codes for the users I have tried have not worked.

Here is the scenario I have:
IP Office 8.0.44 version
Incoming DID from telco is 7 digits for each station with a DID. I need to send out 10 digits for DID stations so I tied the following short codes on the individual users

Short Code: 9N
Telephone Number: NS1234567890
Line Group ID: 0
Feature: Dial

The above short code blocked out bound calling from the station, do i need a ; after 9N?

I also tried the short code below and it did not do anything
Short Code: ?
Telephone Number: NS1234567890
Line Group ID: 0
Feature: Dial

use monitor and collect all ISDN (all checkmarks in that category) info then you see if the system sends the info. If it gets send and you don't see it on th eother end then your provider won't allow it.

Its not that its not getting sent, the issue is if I put the 9N short code on the user that user cant make a call out. So I just need to figure out what is wrong with my short code.

That works but now when you dial 9 you do not get psuedo dial tone
