Outbound Caller ID

Where do you program the outbound caller id? I have one extension that is sending out the wrong area code and one that will not send out anything.

If you are using ISDN trunks, you can administer it using 'change public-unknown-numbering x'. When you say Definity 3.03, I assume you mean Communications Manager 3.03.

Yes, CM 3.03. I am very new to Avaya and don't have all the terms down yet. I noticed that no matter what I put after the command as far as a number goes I get the same table. Is that normal? Are there only the 2 pages that can be programmed?

2 pages: yes. You may have to use blocks of numbers. Try doing 'list public-unknown-numbering'. That should give you all of the entries.
