Calling a specific number (and have been told there are other numbers) that displays on the caller's display as:
User xxxxxxxxxx ARS 91xxxxxxxxxx (x=phone number called)
This is on an Avaya 9641G / CM 6.2 and calling out on SIP trunks. Have tried the # from 3 different phones and get the same result. Tried the number in a location not on SIP yet and it looks normal. Have also called it without the "1" and get basically the same result - has anyone seen this? If it is a kickback from the telco provider, how? Call does go out ok but the caller is confused.
