Outbound call Campaign wont start daily morning

Daer All,
We use for our customer for outbound dialer with CCMS,CCMA,CCT & CCMM the problem we are faceing daily morning some campaign will start and work normaily some wont work properly, What could the problem, The site have all updated patches.
We tried in both ways to get the campaign to start automaticaly and manualy also no use. did any one face such problem?? for to make it work we have to stop and start the services in CCMM.
