Out Of Office Message Issue

Your Out of Office message can't be saved because your server limit on rules has been reached. Delete one or more rules, and then try again.

This is the error I receive. This user has no rules defined at all. But if you attempt to turn on the Out of office auto reply on his machine in Outlook or through OWA the above error results.

Any insight is appreciated.

I couldn't remember how to edit the thread but I wanted to add that it's Office 2003 Standard with all current patches up to date on a WinXP Pro machine with all Windows updates complete as well.
