I have a user who is trying to setup an Out of Office message, but is unable to do so. If she tries to setup an auto-respond message, she gets two error messages. The first message says "The function cannot be performed because the message has changed", and the second says "There is not enough memory, or the rules are too complex. Try deleting some rules". The thing is, she has no rules setup, so the 32KB limit Exchange has doesn't apply. She isn't trying to setup any rules either, just trying to make an auto-reply message that is sent to everyone.

She's running Windows 2000, Outlook 2000, and Exchange 5.5. Any ideas?

No, I haven't tried that. I'll give that a shot at see if it finds anything. Thanks.
