Please help I have this guy that was gone for a week he had his Out Of Office Assistant on. When he came back and turned off there was no e-mail in his inbox from that whole week. I have no clue what the problem could be. There is nothing stuck in the queues. Please help

Was the user's account disabled while he was out of office?

I recommend taking a look at his client to see if his messages go copied down somewhere else. Maybe he was accessing it through POP3 or has download settings on another computer. Also check his Outlook settings, sometimes users do the silliest things.

No account was not disabled. He went to our NY location for few days I helped him to set up his e-mail in NY. We keep all of our stuff on exchange we don't use pst files.

If someone else set up his OOF, did they accidently change his outlook to recieve to personal files. In Outlook >Tools >Options >Mail Setup > Email Accounts > Deliver new email to the following location

Get Fat Up!

That would create a pst file I searched can't find anything.

Got it fixed I took everyhting out of Outlook started from scratch and everything showed up in his Inbox. Thanks guys

It sounds like he was using a .pst mzysk. If you reset the profile, he was probably opening Outlook to a personal folder directly. Outlook 2K3 will do this if the user doesn't set it up to connect to Exchange on the first time they open it.
