OOOA on Office XP. Exchange 2000. Office goes on but does not work. Go back into Outlook and you get the option to turn it off.

How to reset? Probably a missing hidden folder within the Exchange mailbox. Only affects a couple of users in the org.

I resolved it using mdbvu32 and removing old entries for OOOA.
