Hi There
Have a problem with Outlook 2000 clients on our network sending out of office replies to external recipients and forwarding mail to an external address. The out of office reply works fine internally but will not work externally. Mail rules set on the client also do not forward to an external address.
We are using MS Exhange 5.5. I have unchecked the "disable out of office responses to the internet" and "disable automatic replies to the internet" check boxes in the advanced setting under the Internet Mail tab on the IMS connector. Then restarted the IMS and tested again with the same problem.
Does anyone have any ideas whats causing the problem ?
