out of dtmf

hey guys i am getting busy signals for some agents when they try to go grab a line to dial out. i ran a li measurements tone-receive detail today-peak and i see that "type" tdmf has "pn req" of 4980 and "pn alloc" of 2750 and "peak alloc" of 8. Is this what is causing the busy signals and if so what card is responsible for the dtmf tones and how do i allocate more. thanks.

hi do you have a model number for the call classifier card that i need to input? also can i add a second tone clock card in the purple slot or will that drop the pbx or mess something up? thanks.

i assume don't have g700 gateways, so the call classifier circuit pack you need is tn744e. and no, you cannot add second tone-clock circuit pack.
