looking for the setting to automatically set up the out look server name and put name in the user field from the login. not sure if this makes sense but I want my new users to be able to login and not have to set up outlook for them

Nope, AFAIR you have to tell outlook which mail server to use when logging on for the first time as a new user

You have to setup a maintenance installation using the Office Resource Kit. Then, you can call that in a login script to create a profile.
