We have a few remote sites that connect to the internet via earthlink and use outlook internet email to get their work email. Normally things go smoothly but every once in a while they get the following error when they dial up and try to download there email.

This is what it says in the detail box. "the connection to the server has failed. Account:'crscnet.net; server:'crsnet.org; protocol
op3,port:110,secure(ssl);no, socket
Error:10061,Error Number ox800ccc0e
Normally they can just disconnect and redial a couple times and then it works. Has anyone come across this problem or have any insight on what may cause this or any way of keeping this from happening. I was thinking it was just a bad connection and not getting enough bandwidth. Does anyone have any ideas.
