When we first setup Outlook 2000 there is a screen which has 3 options
Internet
Corporate or xxxx
I don't know

someone choose the first one. Not knowing
So now when you click on "tools" menu there is no "Services" option just "Accounts"

Anyway how can I get this back (need to see the 3 options on the first screen to pick Exchange) short of un-installing Office Pro completely
I tried un-installing Outlook but that did not work.
It came right back up the same way.

TIA DougP, MCP

While in Outlook, go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Services. Choose "Reconfigure Maill Support" on the bottom. Then you can change it to C/W mode

Ok that let me choose the Corporate thing, but now when I type in the name and have it check the name it says it can't find the Exchange Server.

The only thing I can think of - is the correct name for the mail server entered? If that isn't it, you can try posting this question in one of the Exchange forums

Make sure that you have a hosts file with the proper IP address in it. I have found that this will make the connection with the Exchange server much quicker and more reliable.
