Thanks John, I can't seem to access term mode from otm. The access Nortel provided via OTM is very limited. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no problem, i'll fire my otm up tomorrow, and doc the steps.. the ntp's are a little light..(nortel trivial pursuit)

click Equiptment..then system navigator, then your site, system applications then vertual systems... that will get you to a (trash) dunb term screen...
