OTM Rate Tables & Location

Hi All,

I have OTM 2.2 and I have downloaded Rate Tables & Location from Avotus. i ran the setup.exe prefect and Rate Tables & Location are in OTM. The problem I have now if I run reports the Rate Tables & Location are not in the reports. In the Carrier pricing Template, i have select the correct Rate Tables & Location information? I have rebooted OTM and still no joy, any help would be gratefully appricated!

These are new call records you are costing and running a report on ? Not the old ones that have already been costed.

It's only dialtone-VZ

As VZtech suggests, it is possible that all you need to do is recost the records. If you are unsure of how to perform a re-costing, search this forum.

Thanks, I did re-did the costing, put in the digit translation, but i still cannot get the location of price?

I believe that I have the Telephone Config setup correctly.

Anyone ever have problems uploading Cable and Wirless Rates UK from the Avoutus,
