OTM + position ID + numbering plan?

I am trying to add a acd phone to a acd group via OTM, when I input 0 4141 as the CLID/ACD position ID, OTM tells me that 4141 is not a valid position ID. When I look at the numbering plan I see 4112-4151 list as regular DN's, I can't for the life of me figure out how to change these setting, I see the add button there but it is grayed out. I know I made changes there before but I can't remeber how. Any help would be great.

In the customer change from Regular DN to ACD POSID.

Thanks for the response.. I at that point but the button I can click on is "delete" and no matter what I try I can't get the add button unhide/enable.

Where regular dn is use the arrow on the right of the box to change to ACD POSID.

I do that and it changes but "OK" is grayed out and so is "ADD".

Make sure that the site is closed down. Yo can only make changes to the properties if the site is closed.
