Does anybody know where i can find the manuals for OTM. I have the install and config books but have nothing telling me how to use it.

Have you checked out Helsman on the nortel website? If you have access then it's the best place to get manuals.
If you don't have access then I'd ask your local distributer about it because they'd have access.
