OTM Error

When trying to collect and cost records in OTM I am getting a TBS MAIn executable has encountered a problem and must shut down. I have restarted OTM and rebooted the OTM machine. Any ideas at to waht this could be?

I have found that I have to run a repair for most of these type of problems on the software.
