OTM Corporate Directory Setup

We have 2 networked 81C's, OTM setup for both, been working for 2 years.
However I see that corp. directory isn't setup for the phones.
Regarding the setup of Corporate Dir. for 3904's, are these the only steps required:
1. Allow phone CLS for applications2
2. OTM Utilities - Run Corp Directory report on database?

We're not using LDAP, and I just want to update the phones with the database, what else is there?

You need to generate the report in OTM and then upload it to the switches........both of them.

Great, so how do I upload?
Is it simply Synchronize-->Transmit, if so from where?

at navigator window select Utilities Corp Dir Select M1 Corp Dir Double click and check box for your site. Select File generate report now select run report only. This job goes to scheduler. When report is created, Double click M1 Corp Dir again, select upload tab to upload generated report. If you are lucky, there is no PDT password problem and the file uploads properly. (if not your vendor will have to get their m1 support to correct) Your 39xx sets need CRPA set in CLS to view/use directory.

Quick question, how long should a Corp. Dir. normally take to generate.
I performed it on 1 Customer (400 TN's) within 10 minutes, however the other customer (+-4000 TN's) currently is sitting at 2 days runtime?
Process still running, is this normal operating time?
