OTM connection to CS1000S

I am trying to connect OTM 2.2 to CS1000S. I am getting connection established but afterwards I am getting host lost. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

You might need to programme another PTY port in LD 17 adan,

so you get no response when you hit return/enter?

Check the route entries in the pbx:

LD 117
=>prt route

Make sure the default route for the elnk is correct for that subnet.
