OTM 2.2 - Station Reconcile task

OTM - 2.2 - The station reconcile task for one of my CS-1000s seems to get hung up at the working window... text shows "Initializing the database..Please wait" The progress bar cycles through 0%-100% over and over.

When you want to reconcile the database, you have to make sure no sets are in the pending file. The sync status of all the sets must be TRN or it won't work.
