You would need to direct that question to one of the IBM forums. Offhand, I'd say you won't get much of a response; I believe IBM has discontinued support for the product. Unsupported products in an enterprise environment are not a good idea. Have you considered replacing it?

We're trying to replace it. It's a phone system for a bank. However I don't need it to join the domain. Thanks for the reply though.

Hmmm... An unsupported OS on the wire in a bank. I wonder when was the last time that thing was updated. Wait a minute; if there is no support, there are no security patches. All I can say is wow.
