We use the MMC console and snap-in the remote desktop for remote management of servers we monitor. The list gets quite long after a while. Does anyone know how, or if it's possible, to keep organized alphabetically as the lists is continuously growing?

Its simply an XML file that you can modify by hand ... I have the same problem. Someone should write a utility ...

My RDP Console header Code :::

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<MMC_ConsoleFile ConsoleVersion="2.0" ProgramMode="Author">
<ConsoleFileID>{420A5386-086A-4419-B3FF-4143E08E0C0C}</ConsoleFileID>
<FrameState ShowStatusBar="true">
<WindowPlacement WPF_RESTORETOMAXIMIZED="true" ShowCommand="SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED">
<Point Name="MinPosition" X="-32000" Y="-32000"/>
<Point Name="MaxPosition" X="-1" Y="-1"/>
<Rectangle Name="NormalPosition" Top="1" Bottom="767" Left="1" Right="1023"/>
</WindowPlacement>
</FrameState>
<Views>
<View ID="3" ScopePaneWidth="222">
<BookMark Name="RootNode" NodeID="1"/>
<BookMark Name="SelectedNode" NodeID="2">
<DynamicPath>
