Hi, I has a Meridian 11c rls 4.50. I am trying to extract data from the pbx for an upgrade. I install “Order pro 10.2.1”, and connect to the meridian through Rlogin and get into PDT. The OrderPro extraction will not work when the switch is in the PDT layer. I don't know password of PDT, default passwords do not match. How to logout of PDT and how to get a log file the OrderPro extraction?

When using rlogin use the username CPSID1000.
That will connect you as a regular user. You will still need the correct login user and password.
