Ordering windows

I´m building an application with one document and two views, one is a normal derived directly from CView and the other one is derived from CFormView. My problem is that I want to begin with the two windows at the beginning and with a properly distribution, for example the two windows fill the client area, one with 1/3 of the surface and the other one 2/3. How can I make it?
